Karwei celebrates 50 years of love for living!
15 May 2025Since May 14, 1975, Karwei has been inspiring the Netherlands with its love for living. What started with a single DIY store in Utrecht has grown into an iconic brand within the home improvement industry.
As a franchisee of Intergamma, ROVA Beheer, part of De Hoop Terneuzen, operates seven DIY stores under the Karwei brand. With locations in Utrecht and South Holland, they contribute daily to making homes and gardens more beautiful.
For 50 years, Karwei has been the "Beauty Maker" of the Netherlands, and that is a milestone to be very proud of. Over these five decades, Karwei has experienced tremendous growth, which of course, did not happen on its own. That’s why all employees were thanked for their enormous contribution to this success. With special promotions, surprising makeovers, and plenty of inspiration, Karwei wants to celebrate this milestone together with its customers.
