Logus-De Hoop donates sponsor money to Voedselbank Zeeuws-Vlaanderen foodbank
26 March 2020The biggest share of sponsoring for the Logus-De Hoop Marathon Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is donated to the Zeeuws-Vlaanderen foodbank. In this way, Logus-De Hoop hopes to do their part to support families who really need it in these difficult times.
Customers of the Voedselbank Zeeuws-Vlaanderen foodbank could not pick up any packages of food this week, due to the coronavirus. Fortunately, a solution was found. The nearly six hundred customers of the Voedselbank Zeeuws-Vlaanderen can use special coupons at supermarkets near them. The coupons are a good temporary solution. It helps the customers a lot during this coronavirus crisis and prevents direct personal contact with the foodbank’s volunteers.
It takes a lot of money to be able to offer these coupons. That made Logus-De Hoop, subsidiary of De Hoop Terneuzen, decide to help the foodbank in this way.
